Our 2023 letter from Executive Director Steve Westover,
"This year has already been a year of growth, learning, and achievements. Not only for our kids but also our leadership team. We’ve grown the program to include over 60 kids from 5 different states and added additional layers of support in the form of college scholarships and a “Little Booger” program. We were on the road almost every weekend this spring culminating in our very first podiums at a Mountain Bike National Championship. It has truly been a fun and exhausting year as we turn our attention to the cyclocross season ahead.
The impact we are making on youth with our developing Booger Academy program and emphasis on giving back has been phenomenal. We’ve set goals, educated youth on global water access and the work of Water1st International, and the kids have donated to dozens of charities.
The reality is that Miles and I could not have done this without supporters and friends like yourself. Each of you lifted this team from a fun little group of kids to one that is making an impact on a National scale.
On September 16th we will host our very first Booger Bash in Seattle. This will be our first fundraising event for the team and is critical to the future and health of the program. We will have amazing live and online auctions, food, and fun. It will be a night to celebrate not only Booger but our broader cycling community as well.

September 22nd, 2023: The Booger Bash raised $44,450!
We are so grateful for the outpouring of support at the Booger Bash. Thank you to everyone who donated, bid, and showed up to celebrate the accomplishments of our young riders. We're humbled by this community and are so excited to continue this ride together.
Thank you to everyone donated and showed up to invest in our program's key goal areas of advocacy education, ridership growth, and geographic reach.
We cannot wait to debut the revamped Booger Academy, and continue sharing achievements of our riders throughout the coming seasons.
