Athlete Spotlight: Isaac Sproule

One of our Flying Boogers, Isaac Sproule, became Team Booger’s first National Mountain Bike Champion in 2025. We had a chance to catch up with Isaac and reflect on 2025 and talk about his goals for the 2026 season.

Heading into 2026, Isaac is focused on growing, improving, and seeing how he can build on his success from last year. He's super excited to start the season off with Fayetteville and hopes to have a strong start and finish, at nationals, to the mountain bike season.

Reflecting on last season, Isaac shared that he had to dedicate time and effort to reach his goals and plans to be intentional again this year in his training. That dedication means strength work, longer endurance rides, and pushing his limits mentally as well as physically. For Isaac, racing isn’t just about fitness, it’s about mindset too. “About 25% of how hard you go is mental, you train your mind to endure the pain and push past your limit.”

Isaac will also tell you that success doesn’t happen alone. Behind every rider is a team of people that makes it possible. For Isaac, Team Booger provides far more than a jersey. “It’s the community, [I have] lots of friends that push me in races and a support system pre and post race,” he says. That support comes from his family, friends, Coach Kevin, Coach Tom, and Team Booger.

Our Rise Up, Ride Fast, Reach Out campaign is about giving more kids that same opportunity. No Matter your goals, local or national, Team Booger is there to support!

Thank you for being part of this community and helping riders like Isaac chase their goals in 2026 and beyond. Your donation helps create more stories like Issac’s and gives more kids the chance to grow through cycling!
